We are a manufacturer of unique plastic hexagonal pavement.  

This is a unique way to create an ultra-light and extremely durable pavement for roads, paths, or squares. It successfully replaces road and sidewalk tiles, or floors in open spaces such as spherical tents. The installation and disassembly of the pavement is incomparably easier.

The tiles are made of plastic. They are hexagonal in shape. They are connected to each other using a specially designed lock system. Thanks to their unique structure, we can walk on them with dry feet even during rain.

The plate maintains its mechanical properties in temperatures from -30°C to +60°C.

• Standard modular plate weighs approx. 3.0 kg. Its load capacity is approx. 5 tons.
• Light modular plate weighs approx. 2.1 kg. Its load capacity is approx. 1 ton.

Strength calculations were performed by the Institute of Mechanics and Construction of the Warsaw University of Technology. Practical strength tests were also conducted.

• Minimum time and cost of preparing the substrate.
• Simple, fast and inexpensive installation and dismantling – no need for heavy equipment, specialists, complicated tools, cement, concrete, glue, etc.
• Low transportation cost – a regular delivery van can transport approx. 400 panels (80 m²).
• Aesthetic appearance – road edges or squares can be finished with edge trim.
• Possibility of laying temporary surfaces in parks and on lawns without harming the grass.
• The panel is completely ecological – it is made of a chemically neutral material for the natural environment. The panel can be fully recycled.
• The modular panel is indestructible.

Laying of the tiles should start from the longer edge of the road or square, so that the tiles are placed with the edge without protrusions with bolts on the outside. Each tile has a grooved line embossed on it, making it easier to cut with a circular saw. This allows for easy fitting of the material from one edge to the other. The tiles should be laid in such a way that the grooves embossed on their surfaces are parallel to each other. If we want to finish the edge of the laid surface, we need to cut off the tile protrusions and attach, for example, a 20x20 angle - aluminum or steel. Flat head sheet metal screws can be used for attachment. The hole on the surface of the tile without a channel serves an additional drainage function.

Virtually any substrate is suitable for use under our revolutionary UL 5000 surface. Before laying the surface, prepare the substrate: for temporary surfaces - simply select stones and sharp objects, and fill larger holes with soil. In the case of a permanent surface, it is recommended to loosen the soil to a depth of 5 cm and remove sharp objects and stones.
